tangy chicken wings

These Tangy Chicken Wings are so easy to do, not to mention tasty! For an easy and delicious meal, just throw them in the oven. While they are baking, fix a couple of sides and you have it! Want a variation for your pork chops? This sauce will also work for pork chops!

Ingredients:

No-Stick cooking spray
3 to 4 lb. chicken wings
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup bottled hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13x9x2 inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. You can leave the wings hole or cut at the joints to form 2 pieces from each wing. Arrange wing pieces in pan. Sprinkle onion powder and pepper over wings; set aside.

2. In a medium bowl whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, water, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and chili powder; pour over wings.

3. Bake, uncovered, about 1 hour or until tender and no longer pink, turning wings after 30 minutes. Drain wings; transfer to large serving platter.

Serve with blue cheese dressing, if desired.
