
You don’t have to be a die-hard environmentalist to bring a little “green thinking” into your life. I am not the greenest person I know, but I do try to “repurpose”. There are so many items in our homes that we can reuse and create new life for (instead of sending to the land fill). Plus, if you are reusing an item, then you are saving money on the item you would have bought in it’s place.
What am I talking about? Here’s a great example of one many of us may have in abundance- baby wipes boxes! Many obvious things come to mind when thinking of how to reuse these boxes: crayons or markers, matchbox cars, legos, fridge magnets or ribbon. But here is another idea for you to consider. Use them to keep your grocery sacks tidy and easy to get to. Simply create a chain link of the plastic grocery sacks, so you can pull one out as you need it. Here is how to make the links:
